Here is the NEW Mercy College Wellness guide! On this guide you will find a variety of resources some that are specific to Mercy College and some that are not that can help with your wellness. 

Here are the Mercy College specific wellness resources that are available to ALL students including in person AND virtual.

Counseling & Wellness services are available here at Mercy College. Every Mercy student is provided with Free & Confidential services such as counseling, drug and alcohol prevention, and more! To see all the resources available to you and/or to schedule an appointment visit the Counseling and Wellness Services page.

The Food Pantry provides food, household, and hygiene items for Mercy College community, who may be experiencing hunger or struggling to buy food for their family. The pantry is currently located on the 5th floor of Madison. You can stop by in person or fill out a form for items you may need. Visit the Food Pantry page for more information & forms. 


Dimensions of Wellness

Wellness includes all aspects of our life. In attempting to increase our health and well-being, we must consider many different elements that affect us.
